You've committed to a one-on-one coaching session with me, Mel Lim.

Because this hour will require a full investment from both you and Mel Lim, the policies outlined below have been set in place:

• Coaching and consultations are non-refundable.

• Should you need to reschedule the session, you may do so by providing 48-hour notice in advance of your session and making up the session within 1 week of the originally scheduled date.  

• Sessions not canceled 48 hours in advance will not be eligible for make-ups.  

• Every session is completely confidential. We are happy to provide a non-disclosure agreement as needed or requested.
